- The planetary consciousness of Earth (Gaia) is entirely innocent and free of causal responsibility for my personal trajectory.
- Earth, as a sovereign living ecosystem, remains in her own evolutionary path, unbound by the choices of individual spiritual entities such as myself.
- Exoneration of Canada (National Entity):
- The nation-state known as Canada, including its governmental, cultural, and systemic representations, holds no jurisdiction, obligation, or association with my spiritual journey, interpretations, or resultant behaviors.
- Canada shall not be seen as either a source of influence or a point of accountability for the directions undertaken under my Spiritual Guideship.

- All familial persons, by blood or recognition, are hereby declared innocent and unaffiliated with the unique directives, declarations, or experiences of my path.

- Individuals, collectives, or beings as identified by my Spiritual Guideship as maintaining their own sovereign paths are hereby acknowledged as existing in full integrity and within discrete eco-energetic systems.
